THEVISION
GroCharity Events provides event planning and organizational development services to BIPOC-Led and BIPOC-serving nonprofits in Baltimore and across the country, while centering racial equity, self care, health and wellness.
THEWHY
To decrease the impact of trauma and dismantle systemic racism within Philanthropy and the Nonprofit Sector. This is done through a focus on leadership and community wellness, our New Roots Program, Grassrootz Collaboration, The Visionaries of Color Nonprofit Summit, and Board Development and Strategic Planning centering Racial Equity for BIPOC and Non-BIPOC organizations.
