The Reset is a an outdoor waterfront sound bath experience intended help you release stress, reset your nervous system, and return to a grounded, centered state following the daily demands and overstimulation of everyday life.

Kendra Langley is a wellness practitioner, master stylist, and the founder of The Kouture Experience- a holistic lifestyle brand centered around beauty, healing, and elevated self-care.
With over a decade of experience in service and wellness, she creates intentional spaces that blend sound healing, energy work, and restorative practices to support individuals in reconnecting with themselves.
Her work is rooted in community, empowerment, and the belief that healing should be both accessible and transformative.

This is an outdoor water front experience that invites nature to become a backdrop to your relaxation.
Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, The Reset offers you space to release all your tension, recalibrate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
The Reset is a part of summer Sound Bath series designed for resting and resetting. We want you to intentionally pause and make space for yourself as you shift your mental focus & mood through grounding and reflection.
