Events

Nonprofit Development
The capacity building resources and group technical assistance support we give to Black-led grassroots organizations centers healing, self care and intergenerational coaching while exploring practical approaches to structuring strong organizations. We support leaders with building a strong team/tribe that will allow them to expand and more effectively reach the community.

Instructional webinars for nonprofit organizations to increase effectiveness in capacity. Also creating webinars on behalf of organizations for the purpose of outreach.

Providing guidance on board development, nonprofit structure, brand creation and enhancement, and developing funding and expansion plans.

Developing virtual, hybrid, or in-person summits on behalf of organizations that are hosting their serving population, fellow nonprofits, and possible funders etc.

Racial equity and inclusion training & coaching
The New Roots Racial Equity and Inclusion Series seeks to equip nonprofit organizations, working with communities of color, with information and tools to support the process of dismantling racist structures and ideologies within their organizations, for the sake of reducing harm and trauma to the communities of color they serve.
HOW WE WORK

We will schedule a time to meet to discuss the client’s specific needs and assess how we may be able to support them. Our team brings a depth of experience and expertise and are are committed to transferring knowledge to develop your organization’s capacity to lead and manage the work on your own.

If the partnership is a good fit and within the scope of GroCharity’s work, we will submit a proposed scope of work that addresses the client’s pain-points, details how we would work together and outline of the cost.

Once the proposed scope of work is accepted by the client, we will co-design a timeline and commence work. We will work in partnership to design the consultation process and activities in a way that is tailored to your needs, capacities, and culture.
